Make it Tex-Mex pizza night, any night of the week, with this 3-ingredient Trader Joe’s dinner hack! Cowboy Caviar may be a bit spicy for some, so feel free to swap in any other mild corn and black bean salsa.
- Trader Joe’s Sprouted Whole Grain Pizza Crust
- 3/4 cup Trader Joe’s Cowboy Caviar (sold in 13-oz jars)
- 1 1/2 cups Trader Joe’s Mexican Blend shredded cheese
- Optional: Diced avocado and chopped cilantro
Preheat oven to 400 degrees (preheat a pizza stone, if you have one).
Spread Cowboy Caviar to cover flatbread in an even layer, leaving a 1-inch border along the edges. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake on pre-heated pizza stone (or on a pan) for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is crispy. Garnish with avocado and cilantro.
