Take dinner outdoors with a simple picnic-inspired supper that calls for less than 10 ingredients! This family-friendly meal comes together in about 20 minutes and can easily be prepared in advance. Easy Picnic-Inspired Dinner

Ingredients
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 2 peaches
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- Prepared pesto sauce
- Bottled balsamic vinaigrette
- Shaved Parmesan cheese
- Cold rotisserie chicken pieces
Directions
Pesto Tortellini Pasta Salad Instructions:
- Prepare the tortellini according to package directions.
- Drain and rinse under cold running water.
- Toss with 1/3 cup pesto and 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Balsamic Parmesan Green Beans Instructions:
- Trim green beans.
- Place in a microwave safe casserole dish and add just enough water to cover the bottom.
- Seal tightly with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes, or until just crisp-tender.
- Carefully remove plastic wrap (steam will be hot!) and drain.
- Rinse beans under cold running water and pat dry, then toss dish with 3 to 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette and 1 ounce shaved Parmesan cheese.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serving Instructions
- Slice the peaches and gently toss with the blueberries.
- Divide the cold rotisserie chicken pieces among 4 plates and serve with a side of tortellini pasta salad, green beans and fruit.
